John Edward Thomas (CEO)
For over two decade, John Edward Thomas owned and operated one of the most successful boutique entertainment licensing agencies in the USA, with over $3 billion in revenue. His company represented major corporate brands, Broadway properties, celebrities, and some of the most iconic entertainment brands in the industry.
At age 21, John conceived and authored the international best-selling Kid Concoctions book series. He founded his own publishing company which quickly climbed to the #2 ranked small press in the USA, selling over 6 million books and grossing over $100 million in sales the first few years. The success of the Kid Concoctions brand and book series is attributed to John’s unique brand-building strategy that combined Licensing, Direct Response (infomercial), Electronic Shopping (QVC - including a single day record of 96,000 books sold in 24 hours), Direct to Retail, and PBS national pledge specials together with award-winning PR and marketing campaigns. John also established the Kid Concoctions brand as a major force in the toy/arts & crafts industry by creating over 100 Kid Concoctions products that were manufactured and sold at more than 25,000 major retailers around the globe. In addition, the Kid Concoctions brand spun off into a Time-Life DVD series, 2 major theme park attractions at Dolly Parton’s Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN and Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO, as well as over 5 million Chick-fil-A kid’s meals and 50 million Kellogg’s Froot Loops boxes.
As the face of the Kid Concoctions brand, John Thomas produced and created his own national television series of “Kid Concoctions” pledge specials on PBS grossing over $12.5 million dollars in the first year of release becoming the one of the most successful pledge specials in public television history. In addition to PBS, John has made over 300 national television appearances, including: The CBS Early Show, HGTV (6 years), Discovery Channel (4 years), The Today Show, The Howie Mandel Show, Rosie, The Tony Danza Show, Donny & Marie, CNN, TNN, and The View. John also co-hosted "Great Day America," a one-hour live national daily program on PAX TV, broadcast live from Universal Studios in Hollywood.
In 1989, John launched a theatrical production company, producing a series of touring shows including Side by Side by Sondheim, directed and choreographed by Academy Award-nominated film director Rob Marshall. John then made his Broadway debut in 2005 by producing the Tony Award-nominated Broadway musical Little Women the Musical, starring Sutton Foster and Maureen McGovern. Since that time, John has been involved with over two dozen Broadway productions and Broadway tours as producer, investor, and/or licensing agent.
Apart from John’s business record, he is best known as a toy inventor and the man who created the homemade recipe of slime (Gooey Gunk) in 1997, spawning an international phenomenon that continues to this day. Danita Thomas (Vice-President)
With more than 25 years of experience in the global licensing and entertainment industry, Danita Thomas has built a reputation as a visionary brand architect, producer, and marketing innovator. Over the course of a decade, she conceived and built KID CONCOCTIONS into a $150 million worldwide brand, pioneering a multi-platform growth strategy that combined licensing, direct response (infomercials), electronic shopping including a record-setting 96,000 units sold in 24 hours on QVC, direct-to-retail programs, and national PBS pledge specials supported by award-winning PR and marketing campaigns.
Danita also launched and led the Kid Concoctions Publishing imprint, expanding it into the third-largest small press in the United States, with more than 6 million books sold in three years. As the on-air faces of the Kid Concoctions brand, Danita and longtime business partner John Edward Thomas appeared on over 300 national television programs, including The CBS Early Show, HGTV (6 years), Discovery Channel (4 years), Today, The Howie Mandel Show, The Tony Danza Show, Donny & Marie, CNN, and The View. They also co-hosted the live national daily program Great Day America from Universal Studios Hollywood.
In 2002, Danita expanded into theatrical production, launching a company that produced the Tony Award–nominated Broadway musical Little Women starring Sutton Foster and Maureen McGovern. Since then, she has been professionally involved in more than two dozen major Broadway productions as a producer, investor, or licensing executive.
In 2001, Danita and John, through a strategic partnership with Broadway Across America / Key Brand Entertainment, established what became one of Broadway’s premier product-licensing divisions. Now operating under Thomas Global Media, this division grew into a billion-dollar business, representing major entertainment and corporate brands including The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization, The Chippendales, MACE, and iconic titles such as Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Chicago The Musical, Million Dollar Quartet, The Addams Family, Ghost, Annie, Memphis, A Christmas Story, and Cathy Rigby is Peter Pan, among others.

Christian Thomas (Director of Development)
Christian Thomas is an emerging force in television, film, music, and live entertainment, with experience spanning national television series, major motion pictures, Broadway aligned productions, and sold out concert events across the United States. As a producer, Christian has co-created and co-produced major concerts at respected venues nationwide, contributing to the creative development and execution of numerous successful projects.
As Director of Development at Thomas Global Media (TGM), Christian manages business development for TGM’s catalog of major corporate brands, celebrities, social media influencers, and iconic entertainment properties which has generated over $3 billion in revenue. Christian is instrumental in discovering and cultivating new licensing properties. He has helped develop licensing initiatives for more than two dozen entertainment brands, Corporate brands, and social media influencers including JoJo Siwa, Dolly Parton, and Nova Starr.
Christian is highly gifted in identifying and developing rising talent. He has a natural ability to spot emerging social media influencers and new voices in the music industry, often recognizing potential long before it reaches mainstream audiences.
As a performer, Christian made his feature film debut in Marvel’s The Avengers, his solo singing debut at Carnegie Hall, and his cabaret debut at New York City’s acclaimed 54 Below. His notable theatre credits include Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Pippin in Pippin, the New York City workshop of Kris Kringle the Musical featuring Cathy Rigby and Pamela Myers, and Daniel in the regional premiere of A Great Wilderness which received the Critics’ Choice Award.
At fifteen, Christian became the youngest contracted member of Cleveland Opera Theatre, an extraordinary achievement that showcased his vocal ability, professionalism, and artistic maturity.
Christian has also built a successful metal music career under the name BEAUBIE. His original single broke into the Top 40 on the rock and metal charts, earning industry attention for its power and authenticity. He writes both the music and the lyrics, for all of his songs and recently performed as opening act for Agent Orange at the iconic Whisky-A-Go-Go on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
